Introducing shapes, rolling, jumps and balances from Pre-school age allows them to grasp the fundamentals for flexibility, strength, balancing, limbering and tumbling. A fun and energetic class that combines gymnastics and dance together using the 'Acrobatic Arts' programme and 'IDTA' syllabus.

Please note this class is only for 2.5 years+ until they start school.

This class does not require a parent to stay in the studio with them.
